About your Instructor
Hi! I’m Megan Wise—your new GFDF•BFF! I’m an Integrative Health Practitioner and longtime Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free enthusiast who’s been living (and loving) this lifestyle for years. I genuinely love food, I love cooking, and I’m endlessly fascinated by how what we eat can nourish us on every level—body, mind, and soul.
I created this course to share everything I’ve learned about eating in a way that’s both deeply healing and totally doable. Think: zero overwhelm, lots of delicious ideas, and practical steps you can actually stick with. My goal? To help you feel empowered, nourished, and joyful in your own kitchen.
But this isn’t just about recipes—it’s about really understanding food: what it is, how it works in your body, and why it matters. I want you to feel confident and informed, with the tools to make choices that truly support your well-being.
Because for me, food is way more than fuel. It’s my happy place, my creative outlet, and one of the biggest ways I care for myself and my family. It’s changed my life—and I can’t wait to help you discover what it can do for yours.
